July 18th 1992
Michael's POV:
we're on the plane to London which means I have to now tell Lucy about her living arrangements for the next 2 weeks.
"sweetie when we get to London you're going to meet a dear friend of mine, her name is Elizabeth"
"ok" Lucy smiles
"you'll also be staying with her for the next 2 weeks"
"why?"
"because I have to" I freeze, what do I say. I didn't exactly plan this out and we're due to arrive in less than a hour so I look at Frank for help
"because daddy has to go to a place where he'll be having lots of meetings"
"will you call me?" she asks and I just stare at her, ok Michael hold the tears in you can do this.
"I can't princess, the meetings will be long and all at very awkward times. but I promise I will get messages passed to you"
"everyday?"
"of course" I smile
"ok"
London 1:40pm
we get off the plane and Elizabeth is already there waiting, once we get to her i hug her and introduce Lucy to her.
"whilst Daddy is sorting the bags let's go and get some candy" Frank smiles taking Lucy's hand and of course she's going to agree and go with him.
"thanks for this" I smile to Elizabeth
"it's no problem, you'll know I'm always here for you."
"I told Lucy I will get messages passed to her everyday so could you, possibly just say stuff like I miss her and love her please"
"ok, does she still have nightmares?"
"she had a few the past 2 weeks but it is less than what it originally was so I predict in the two weeks it will be around 4 or 5 nightmares"
"alright"
Lucy's POV:
I'm standing here looking at the candy and I don't have a clue what to pick, I know London has similar foods than America but I don't actually know what will be inside these wrappers. in the end I go with the jelly tots, chewits and flying saucers I have no idea how they will taste but the wrappers looks like the contents will be nice. Once we get back to Daddy and Elizabeth daddy picks me up and we all go to two cars
"I have to go now, will you be good for Elizabeth?" daddy says looking at me
"I will"
"good girl, I'm gonna miss you loads"
"I'm gonna miss you too daddy" I hug him tightly, I hope these 2 weeks will go fast.
"I love you" daddy says putting me down
"I love you most" I smile and gives him a kiss and another hug then we go to our different cars, daddy and Frank in one and me in the other with Elizabeth.
"your daddy tells me that you like drawing" Elizabeth smiles
"yeah and I like to play the piano sometimes" I smile back and we pull up outside a hotel when we get into the suite I go and look at the views.
"are you hungry or anything?" Elizabeth asks
"no"
"ok, is there anything you want to do or see?"
