"oh honey, what happened to you"
the lady with the southern accent came walking towards me
"do i look that bad?"
i asked, my voice was just above a whisper
"ill take you to the washroom"
she lead me into the washroom
and pulled my hair back
while i splashed water onto my face
after i cleaned up
she took me to get a gallon of gas
for my car then drove me to it
i thought everyone forgot what kindness was
but she didn't
she got me back on track and before i left she whispered
"head home, okay?"
so that's where i was headed
