- Download a good quality picture that resembles your MC off of the internet. Make sure the picture was taken outside. It looks stupid if the cat is lounging on the couch or floor. If it is outside, check that's in not in a backyard, on a road, or a sidewalk. Try not to show any human civilization in the picture you choose. - Download an editing app. The app should allow you to tint the picture and type words in interesting fonts on the picture. Keep the words black or white. The default font in red looks weird and unprofessional. Apps I use for cover-making are PicMonkey and Canva (no, that is not a typo). I also use Photoshop Mix and a collage app.
- Don't take a picture of a drawing that you did on paper. I saw this one and that person was, um, not very artistically inclined. In short it was barf. If you are going to use a drawing that you did, you better be a talented artist and have done the drawing digitally.
- Don't steal a picture from the canon Warriors series. That is evil. Plus, people may think you are plagiarizing the actual series and report you.Here are some bad examples:
