I haven't updated in ages sorry. Writer's block.

A few weeks later

It's about 5pm, I'm watching Sofia the First with Lily and mom when I'm interrupted by repeatedly loud knocking on the door.

"What?" I groan and hop of the couch.

The knocking continues.

"I'm coming, I'm coming." I say as walk to the door.

I look through the hole.

"What the hell Joel?" I say as I open the door.

"No time for that." He grabs my arm and drags me down the hallway.

"What are you doing?"

"You didn't answer my texts now we're behind schedule."

"For what?" I ask confused.

"If you saw my texts you'd know."

He takes me downstairs to a cab thats waiting.

"So?" I ask.

"I'm taking you to my studio, Justin's coming and he wants to take you as his date for a party or something."

"What? I thought our relationship wasn't going to be public?"

"It's not, it's a private party thing, I don't know."

We get to the studio and he starts doing my make up and hair.

He then gets me to try on a couple of dresses till he found the one.

"Wow, you look stunning honey." Joel says. "This may be some of my best work."

I look in the mirror and almost cry, I feel, gorgeous.

Knock Knock

"Oh my gosh, it's Justin." Joel says. "Go hide in that room."

"Okay?" I slowly walk into the room.

Justin's Point of View

"Hey Justin." Joel opens the door.

"Hi Joel, is Nia ready?"

"She'll be out in just a moment. First I'd like to talk to you."

"Okay?"

"Alright so, Nia is my best friend. She has helped me through so much, if you hurt her I will hurt you."

"I won't, I-"

"Joel, really?"

I look up to see Nia walk into the room, my jaw drops.

"Wow." Is all I can say. "I just, wow."

She blushes.

I walk over to her.

"You look, I can't even describe it other than wow."

She giggles.

"You look pretty wow yourself."

I smile.

"So we're going some party thing?"

"Yeah, its basically a gathering of all the people who sponsor me, it happens every year. It's not a publicity thing."

"Oh, okay."

"So, we better get going."
