So you have a book, now let's update your profile information so it has a little personality. Click on edit profile.

This will change your screen to editable boxes.

You can edit your background image, this is the giant banner image on the top of your profile. The dimensions are 1920 x 300 pixels or 20 x 6.25 if you prefer inches. Something you should note is the bottom inch or so of the banner will get cut off by the bar with the about, conversations, and following tabs. There's nothing you can do to stop it. So if theres anything in that area you want to show up, I suggest you move it an inch higher. You might have to test it out a little because I'm not 100% sure where the cut off is, but I do believe it's a little over an inch. Also note that the image uploads really dark. So if you want it bright, you might have to experiment with the brightness of the image prior to uploading in order to compensate.
Underneath change background is the profile image circle. This is where you can choose the face of your profile.
Under that is where you giver yourself a name. Some people use their real name, I don't . . . obviously. Unless people really think I'm the Queen of the Gummy Bears. 🤔
Then down below that is Location, which is self explanatory. It's where you are in the world or where you want to say you are. Obviously there is no Flufftonia, California.
Below that is your About section. Anything you put there is what will show up on the left hand side of your profile. You get 2K characters so make it count.
And finally under that is your website. If you don't have a website, leave it blank.
Click save changes at the top of the screen and tada, you have now edited your profile. Shazaam! Well . . . that was a lot shorter then I thought it would be.
