HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT USING APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1-2 teaspoons of raw apple cider vinegar
1 glass of water
1 teaspoon of raw honey
To be taken once or twice a day on an empty stomach. Apple cider vinegar has no side effects because it is all natural. However, some may experience INITIALLY heartburn and mild stomach pain. As a general rule, DO NOT EXCEED more than 5 tablespoons a day.
If you are looking for a quick weight loss, then apple cider vinegar is not for you...however, the results are permanent. In addition to weight loss, you will notice a clearer and healthier complexion and a better overall well being after a month or two of taking this recipe.
