He sunk down even further into the tan leather driver's seat as the black Impala whizzed past. He sighed with relief, then chuckled to himself. Cop-man didn't even see him. He had gotten the windows of his forest green Toyota darkly tinted. The guy-Eddi-made him pay extra for them to be tinted darker than law allowed. His thoughts grew grim. As questions raced through his mind and resounded off the walls of his skull, he began to wonder... Why was the cop-man in her house all night? Why had he come in the first place? 'No Shane, I'm not cheating... He was just being polite Shane... He means nothing to me Shane...' He slammed massive fists on the steering wheel. She lied! Rage burned throughout his body as the answer made itself known. She called him... She waited until he was gone for good-or so she thought-then called her blond boy-toy for a reunion. A growl rose from his thick throat. They would pay... They would both pay for what they were doing. He started the car and pulled away from the curb. He headed back to the motel to prepare.
