Your P.O.V

Steven dragged me to another empty room. Steven held my wrist a little too tight.

"Ouch" I said as I rubbed my wrist

"I'm sorry, but it's urgent. Y/n, I need your help" He said rather calmly

"What's the problem?"

"I was helping Lysandre research on Mega evolution, and on the computer, I have found blueprints to some sort of super weapon"

"Super weapon?"

"I didn't get to read much"

"Why do you need my help?"

"I need you to copy the blueprints, and find more information about the giant rock and Lysandre" He handed me a flashdrive

"Lysandre?"

"Yes, I suspect he somehow has ties to a team, Team Flare"

"That makes sense" I said quietly

"What?"

"I have encountered Team Flare before, and they were after an Abomosnow. I have heard stories that the Abomosnow has a megastone. And minutes later, Lysandre called Alain. Plus Absol seems to hate Lysandre"

"Hmm...."

"But what if I get caught by Lysandre?"

"I will distract Alain and Lysandre. Lysandre offered me to battle Alain, and that will buy you some time. I will give you a signal" He then winked "That's the signal"

"Wait, you think Alain is part of this?"

"I suspect. We don't have much time. Let's go"

We both left the room. He pointed to the room that I should enter. I entered the balcony. I saw Alain battling a random trainer with a mega Blaziken, and Lysandre and Mairin watching.

Steven's P.O.V

'She seems to care a lot for Alain' I thought to myself as I waited for my turn to battle Alain.

Your P.O.V

"Hey Y/n, where did you go?" Mairin asked

I took a glance, and saw Lysandre was paying attention to me.

"Steven wanted to talk privately"

"Duh... I know that, but what about, and why did it take so long?" She nudged me and winked

I saw Lysandre was closely listening.

"Steven wanted it to be private"

"Awww... But.." She was interrupted by Lysandre

"We are all friends, and Steven is a close ally of mine" Lysandre said

I gulped. I got to think of a lie quick.

"He offered me to go to Hoenn, and be a substitute for one of the elite four" I said

"Wow. What did you say?" Mairin asked

"I declined, and said I wanted to continue my journey"

"Is there any problems with Hoenn's elite four?" Lysandre asked

"It's Glacia. She wanted to have a vacation to Sinnoh"

"Who will fill up for her?" Lysandre continued questioning me

"Steven said Wallace will be glad to a sub for Glacia"

Lysandre just nodded. That was close.

"Hey look. Alain beat the 9th trainer" Mairin pointed out
