I never did think I’d feel this
But I do now
And I don’t like feeling this at all
Because it’s so painful
And complicated
And painful
And painful
And painful
But I must
It’s life, they say
Not everyone gets the happy ending they want
Not everyone gets the one they like
It’s not life’s duty to satisfy you
So if you end up crying and feeling stupid
Congratulations
You have just shook hand with life
It’ll probably take some time
A lot maybe, to stop feeling this
But it will
I think that’s the only thing keeping me alive right now
The thought of It ending
The pain, ending
Until you won’t feel it anymore
And you’re free
And you’re out of misery
And you’re happy
But for now you settle with this
With what life offered you
With what you have to take
You don’t have a choice anyway
So you swallow the bitter pill
And then gag
And then swallow it again
And gag again
And then swallow it again
And then that’s just gross
But whatever
Suck it up
Build a bridge
And get over it
Soon
You will
Soon
Hopefully
Hopefully
Hopefully…
