“You know me don’t you?”
“You’re the one who lied last non-time and said you were a giant gnome.”
“I thought we sorted that out.”
“Look, Grunkel’s been trying to escape from Precinct 13 since the Author wrote ‘The Time Backwater, The Time War’. I don’t think you should try and stop him.”
“If I don’t then he will create a war in the precincts.”
“Isn’t that a good thing? After all if he didn’t then the Author seems to be doing pretty well at the moment, you don’t want to get on the wrong side of him do you, seeing as I am a personal friend of his.”
“As if,” snorted the gnome. Then, “I didn’t snort,” he gurgled, “Ooer!!”
“See what I mean,” grinned Sid, “now he’s just playing with you. See what happens if he gets angry with you.”
Immediately the gnome opened the enclosure gate and let Sid in.
Seconds, or non-seconds, before Grunkel was about to use the security droid’s security protocol device and captured IWT, Sid entered, “Grunkel!”
This jolted Grunkel who dropped the IWT, “Oh blob.”
“Don’t do it Grunkel,” ordered Sid, “if you travel out of Precinct 13 you will cause a war in the precincts.”
“Good.”
