As planned, Ben accompanied Liv for furniture shopping. She was already 28 weeks into the pregnancy and arrival of the baby was getting closer and closer. Liv already had a room in her loft set aside as a nursery for her daughter but the only problem was ... the room was empty. She knew she had procrastinated a little, but not because she wanted to. Dr. Wooden put her on bedrest for two months which pushed back her plans for decorating. But now, she had the time and energy to do so. She wasn't going to put it off any longer.

Having a creative mind and being a designer only caused Liv's ideas for the nursery to change constantly over the past couple of months. Sure she only designed clothes, but her keen eye for color palates and skill with patterns helped her draw up the perfect design for the room. She finally knew exactly what she wanted for her baby girl's room. It would be simple, airy, and beautiful.

After going over the options of furniture stores within the area, Liv and Ben decided on the ever popular IKEA. Not only did the store carry home, kitchen and room furnishings it also had model rooms all styled differently to help with the design process. Walking through the store was fascinating all on its own. Liv's eyes darted from model room to model room, sparkling in awe at the various furniture arrangements and color palates. She was in heaven. Although she knew exactly what she needed to buy, she couldn't bring herself to overlook the design of every room.

As Liv was stuck in her own designer wonderland, Ben watched in amusement. He never really understood how Liv could find so much interest in decorating, sketching, or organizing. Maybe it's because he was the total opposite. While he was the most unorganized, least stylish person Liv was extremely meticulous about everything and the most stylish. Take their wardrobe for example. Ben was dressed in a plain white T-shirt and jeans looking ordinary and simple and Liv was in her black maxi dress with a light denim vest and a colorful scarf with her hair pulled up into a messy bun. Liv could throw an outfit together without even having to think about it. She was a natural trend setter, designer and stylist. All it took was a fun pattern or color to catch Liv's attention and he loved the way her eyes lit up at the sight of it all. She was like a kid in a candy store.

"So, are we shopping or what?" he teased.

She hadn't even heard a word he said. She just continued walking along side the cart Ben was pushing so he cleared his throat, "Earth to Liv."

She turned around startled with wide eyes, "Huh? What?"

He chuckled, "You ready to shop? Or are we going to spend all day browsing the kitchen section?"

She gave him a sarcastic smile before something caught her eye then she cooed, "Oh, that would look good in my dining room."

He looked where her eyes were fixed and it was just a mere bowl for holding fruits. He shook his head chuckling again. All it takes is one bowl for her to get distracted. He walked to the side of the cart where she was and gently ushered her to the handle bars of the cart by the shoulders and instructed, "You push the cart until we get to the children's room section and don't stop until we arrive there."

She huffed, "Why are you making me push the cart?"

"So I can make sure you don't get distracted by anything else. We're here to get stuff for our daughter's room, remember?"

"Of course I remember. I'm the one that planned this whole outing."

"Well then, let's get on with the baby room shopping because that is what we're here for"

"Browsing never hurt anyone", she mumbled.

He chuckled, "No, but I don't think we'll be able to fit all of the furniture in my car to begin with. So I doubt we'll be able to add more stuff."
