"Where's my prince?!" I heard Josh yell.
"In the kitchen!" I yelled back. I heard footsteps and then felt arms around my waist as I cooked. He kissed my cheek and I smiled. "How was work?"
"Good. My back hurts but good. What's for dinner?"
"Hawaiian chicken with rice. And a back rub for you."
"You're an angel." He whispered and kissed my forehead.
"Go sit down and watch TV."
"Give me a kiss first." I stopped flipping the chicken and turned my head, kissing him.
"I love you." I said after I pulled away.
"I know. Love you too." He smiled and kissed my cheek once more, leaving the kitchen after. I finished cooking and put it on the plates. I carried those to him and grabbed us some sweet tea.
I sat beside him and he smiled at me. "What are you watching?"
"Chopped." I smiled and looked over at him.
"Do you want me to get a job?" I asked as we ate.
"No, why?"
"Just wondering."
