Chapter 16

Honest P.O.V

I walked out Chandler's car (S/N: My baby daddy) then grabbed my phone and Chanel purse. "Bye babe, I'll call you when I'm done, which will not take that long trust me". I said to him as I sighed. I know for a fact as soon as I walk through those doors, my father is going to throw a fit and try to get security to take me out. My father and I haven't spoken since the day he threw me out. I tried to reach out to him but he won't ever do the same. "It's okay love, everything will be fine, just call me when things get out of hand" Chandler said interrupting my thoughts. It's a good thing he did because just thinking about it made me want to go back in the car and turn my ass around back home. Which I didn't want because today was the day my baby sister is not going to be a baby anymore. I took a deep breath, in and out, as I nodded. I have never been so nervous in my life. "You'll be okay baby" he said. I smiled as I leaned inside to kiss him then he kissed my forehead. "Thank you love" I said. He nodded then I closed the door.

As he drove off I stood in the front of the restaurant scared out my pants. It's too late to back out now... After a minute of standing, I finally began to walk towards the door. Every step I took made me even more nervous. I just wanted to take off my Louis Vuitton heels and run home.

As I reached the front doors, I took a deep breath in then out. "Just chill Honest, Everything will be okay" I said to myself. I turned around to see 2 old white folks looking at me strange. I just smiled then quickly walked in asking a waiter to my table.

I sat down looking straight at the door as I tapped my nails that just got done on the table. My leg was shaking under the table as my stomach was turning. I didn't even feel like eating. "Honey aren't you going to eat?" My mom asked as I turned my attention to her. "Foreal, I'm surprise your fat ass ain't start grubbing yet" Trey said laughing. I rolled my eyes. "Shut up" I scoffed as he continued to laugh. "Watch your mouth boy!" My mom said to Trey as she grabbed his lips making James laugh. "Why you not eating P?" My dad asked as he swallowed down his eggs. I sighed. Probably right now is the best time to tell him. "Dad before you trip, remember that it is my birthday" I said as I looked at the door. My heart was beating super fast now as I laid eyes on Honest. "What is it?" he asked, but it didn't take him to long catch on. He instantly let go of my hand as he sighed. "Dad, please calm down" I said but he stayed quiet. As he was about to say something my mom eyed him. "Carter..." she warned him , making him roll his eyes. "Whatever" he said as he buried his head in his big hands. The waiter pointed at our table and Honest began to walk towards us. I could tell she was nervous cause she was tapping her thumbs together.

"My nigga, my nigga!" Trey said getting up and dapping her. She shot him a wry smile as she dapped him back and waved at James. James ole drooling ass was staring at her for a while before he waved back. I looked back at my dad and I could tell he was trying really hard not to make eye contact. I rolled my eyes as I brought my attention back to Honest.

"Baby oh my gosh, you've grown up so beautiful!" my mom said getting up to give her a hug. "Thank you mama, you look beautiful too" she said as she hugged back. "Well you know how I do" mom said as she flipped her hair making us laugh except my dad. Honest cleared her throat then sat on the seat next to me and mom. "Happy birthday baby girl" she said handing me a Michael Kors bag that was heavy as if it was filled with bricks. I looked inside to see a stack of money rolled up with a rubber band around it, a beautiful tennis bracelet, size 6 Louis Vuittons, and as I looked deeper their was a light pink set of Lingerie and hand cuffs. My eyes went wide as I looked at her. She winked at me with a freaky smile. I laughed at her as I caught on. "You'll thank me later" she said. I shook my head as I laughed. My big sister a freak.
