It's unlikely, since up until a few months ago Phoebe was dating Paul Wesley, her fellow The Vampire Dairies co-star. Our sources and detective skills say Paul and Phoebe (Weskin as the internet likes to call them) have broken up. It's been months since the pair have been spotted together and even longer since the two have posted about each other.
So could it be that Phoebe has gone bi and decided to date Mar?
