I could feel Blaine calling to me. Whilst we watched the body of Dillon being burned by his cousin Jess. I could feel his eyes on me and then I could feel the daggers coming from his brother

He only knows one side of the story. The wrong side and it hurts knowing I'm being judged wrongfully.

I looked up from my hands where Blaine was standing and see him looking straight at me. It's been days seen I've spoken to him and I could feel myself crumble under his gaze

The bond is still intact but I don't know what's going on.

"Lucas I can't do this, when we come home I come home alone" I whimpered on the phone to him. Matt sat beside me rubbing my back and Isaiah stood off in the corner watching

"What happened?" I could hear the concern in his voice and this made me cry more

"We've been here for a week now and he hasn't made an attempt to come and speak with me to find out the truth, well I don't even know what's going on... I just want to come home and stay home" A girl like me looks tough on the inside but it has taken me a whole year to fully recover from all the pain I had been put through yet I still crumble from a near broken heart

"Matt get him on the phone... NOW!" Lucas growled which caused me to flinch

"No please don't Lucas I just don't want to come back here I haven't done anything wrong to Blaine, his brother Samuel thinks what happened a year ago was all my fault b-but it wasn't"

Lucas sighs on the other end "You were just there at the wrong time baby girl and you had to do it... Ok I'll see you guys soon"

There was a knock at the door, I quickly tried to dry up my tears when I heard Matt saying they were finished and in entered the alpha, beta and of course my mate. I refused to move away from my seat and look in their direction and with the way Matt was still trying to soothe me, he wasn't either

"Once again we are very thankful for your hospitality alpha but we must be going... All of us" I hear a growl which made me flinch and try to compose myself. Matt stood up as did I. Not once did I raise my eyes to look where I knew he was standing "I hope next time we see each other is under better circumstances"

"Umm Violet can I have a word with you before you go please... Alone?" I hear the alpha say and at that moment I look up, making me regret looking because they all could see how red and puffy my eyes are also seeing all the pain. I nod my head and hear everyone leave the room

"Yes alpha" I whisper

"What Samuel did was uncalled for, you had been invited to my parents home and he didn't respect their house rules... My family has been through a lot and I know yours has too, but it is your decision to go but know you are always welcome here whenever you are ready to return or if you do"

"Thank you" I whisper back "But it won't be necessary"

I watch him nod his head and a loud bang sounded from the hallway. We both walk out to find a dark grey wolf pinning down a golden brown wolf in the hallway.

"Blaine get off him!" The alpha growls. Blaine was the beautiful dark grey wolf. I melted in that moment but I bet Isaiah pushed him to shift. I sighed and walked away from the sight taking my bags that were placing by the door in my hands when I hear a whimper

"Violet" His voice stopped me in my tracks "Don't go" He stood in all his glory but my focus remained on the pain in his eyes "Please I will do whatever you ask just don't go" He drops to his knees and clutches on to my leg

"You just don't get it" Tears were filling my eyes but I blinked them back "I'm going back with them, I can't knowing I have no idea what I done to make you so distant from me" I pull away "Goodbye Blaine"
