Romeo

"Wipe your eyes, girl. You can't let that get to you." I wiped her tears as they continuously fell from her eyes. I did not like seeing her cry like this and it made me mad.
"All you can do is move forward from this point on."

"But, Romeo, she said I couldn't come back. What am I gonna do now?"

"I don't have a problem wit'chu living here with me, you know that." We were laying in my bed cuddling as I rubbed her back, calming her down.

"Thank you so much. I really appreciate you being here for me." She said looking up at me.

I don't know what brought it upon me, but for some odd reason I had the urge to kiss her beautiful, pink lips.

I pecked her lips softly and pulled away. She smiled shyly, and buried her face in my chest.

No more words needed to be spoken. We laid here just enjoying each other's company.

Wednesday, September 10th

I sat up in bed flicking through the tv channels. I looked to my left at Breaunna who was still sleeping peacefully.

I'm glad she finally got to rest because she cried so much last night. I was really worried about her.

An hour later, she started to stir around in the bed. "Romeo?" she said rubbing her eyes to adjust to the bright sunlight.

"I'm right here, ma." I said.

"How long have I been sleeping? What time is it?" She said as she got up

"It's only nine in the morning," I said answering her question," how did you sleep?"

"It was the best sleep I got in a while." she said yawning, right after she stretched her body. "Why didn't you wake me up for school?"

"It wouldn't have been good for you to go. You need a break and I'm gonna take care of you."

I went downstairs and started on breakfast while Bre was in the bathroom brushing her teeth and washing up a bit. I decided to make blueberry waffles, bacon, and scrambled eggs.

As I was putting the food on the plates, Breaunna came downstairs.

"Mhm, something smells good in here."

"I made us some breakfast."

"Lord, I hope I don't die," she said jokingly.

I laughed, "Girl, my breakfast is bomb. Don't play with me."

We sat at the table and talked as we finished up our breakfast. After we were finished, we decided we were going to spend the day going to Breaunna's old house to get her belongings. After that, I was thinking about taking her on a surprise date to kind of just get her mind off of things. I know she has been stressed out behind her mom and everything, but she doesn't want to admit it.

Omniscient

Romeo and Breaunna headed upstairs to get dressed for the day. He got in the shower as she went through her PINK bag and searched for something to wear. She hadn't packed a lot so there wasn't really much of a choice of what she could wear. She just threw a bunch of random clothes in the bag because she wanted to get away from her mother so desperately.
