/Yerin's POV/

Yoongi and I were on our way home after saying bye to the others, before dropping off Namjoon and Jin at their respective homes. I was considering telling him about the origin of the song came but soon decided that I would tell him another time.

"Did you enjoy yourself?" He asked, his eyes still focused on the road ahead,

"I had a lot of fun, thanks for today," I responded while smiling to myself as I looked down at my lap,

"Are you going to be okay with your brother?" He asked with a slightly concerned tone, I froze at the reminder of who was waiting for me at home,

"I'll manage, don't worry," I looked over at him smiling, "Thanks for being concerned," I admitted before looking out my window,

"If something happens you can come over," He said stopping the car in the garage and then turning to face me, "Okay?" I stared at his eyes for a while before smiling and getting out of the car.

"Goodnight Yoongi," I said after getting my bags from the boot,

"Goodnight," He murmured as I turned around giving him one last smile before walking over to my staircase.

Running up the metal stairs I grabbed my keys out of my pocket, before inserting them into the lock, twisting the key the door opened and I stepped into the hall. Walking in I instantly could smell the strong stench of alcohol, I took off my shoes after closing the door before walking into the living room. On the small coffee table, there was a variety of coloured bottles ordered in a line, as snacks were messily thrown about everywhere. My eyes landed on my brother as he was looking at the half full shot glass in his hand,

"Welcome home," He said in a croaky voice as I put all the bags into the closet, "I see you are still getting money from dad," he said pointing at the, now full, closet with his shot glass.

"Clearly," I responded not sparing him a look as I didn't want anything else to happen,

"Why don't you drink with me?" He questioned with his brow raised, it shocked me as he never shared his alcohol or never even came close to asking,

"Why are you asking that all of a sudden?" I questioned sitting across from him while looking anywhere that wasn't at him,

"A change of heart," he stated trying to convince me,

"Yeah right," I scoffed not realising I spoke my words out loud,

"Don't you believe me?" he said in a threatening tone,

"Sure I do," I answered with a slight hint of panic in my voice,

"Drink, this is the one time I will allow it," I looked over at the full shot glass, "Either drink or you'll sleep outside," I reached over taking it and bringing it closer to my mouth, 'Change of heart?! Yeah right,' I thought before taking a shot.

"Good, now do you mind telling me who I saw you with earlier?" He asked before taking his shot, I tensed up and finally looked at him as I put down the small glass on the coffee table,

"I think you saw wrong," he looked at while slamming down his glass, breaking it in the process. Quickly getting up I took his bleeding hand but he snatched it away,

"I saw wrong?" he said laughing to himself, "Who is it?" he questioned through gritted teeth before pulling me closer to himself, "What is his name?" he pried further as his eyes saw straight through mine,

"Y-You don't need t-to know," I stammered timidly before snatching my hand from his and turning around to the mess on the table,

"Leave." He grumbled while pushing me away from the broken glass. Quickly getting up I grabbed my shoes, forgetting about my coat and walking out the door. 'What's wrong with him? First, he wanted a drink with his sister and now he has kicked me out of my own damn house' I thought while I put on my shoes.

"Ai," I muttered frustrated while ruffling my hair and looking towards Yoongi's house. Lights out. "Dammit, do I knock?" I asked myself before walking down the stairs. I stood before his staircase but ended up taking a walk to the river nearby.

...

/No one's POV/

It was cold and it didn't get any warmer near the river. Sitting down on a bench Yerin pulled her knees to her chest trying to make herself warmer while mumbling to herself about being so stupid as to forget a coat in the middle of winter.  Some time drifted by before she started to doze off a bit on the uncomfortable wooden bench,

"Ai, are you stupid?" She heard a voice behind her as something warm was placed on her shoulders. Letting go of her legs she turned around to see a slightly annoyed looking Yoongi and beside him a worried looking Jin. They both made their way around the bench to stand in front of her before Jin instructed her to put on the coat properly,

"What are you doing out here so late? And without a coat?!" Jin asked looking at Yerin, he sounded angry, but in reality, he was very concerned about seeing her outside with no sort of outdoor clothing,

"Well something happened at home," she muttered barely above a whisper while glancing at Yoongi, he was dressed in a pair of pyjama pants, a white top and a long black, puffy coat. Her eyes wandered to her lap as she felt the two boys burn holes into her small form. After a couple of moments, she saw two trainers in her line of vision, looking up slightly, a worried looking Yoongi was kneeling in front of her,

"Didn't I tell you to come to my place if something happened? I got so shocked when Jin called me to tell me that he saw you walking around without a coat," he grabbed her cold hands into his much warmer ones that were in his coat's pockets a couple seconds prior to this action,

"But your lights were off and I didn't want to bother you," Yerin mumbled,

"I would have still answered!" he said slightly annoyed as he didn't want to see her in such a situation, at this time of day,

"Sorry," Yerin said looking him in the eyes, she then moved her focus to the still worried Jin, "Thank you,"

"Really?" Yoongi muttered with a lopsided smile, "Again?" she slightly nodded before outstretching her hands, he turned around and with the slight help off Jin she was getting another piggyback from Yoongi while sleeping peacefully,

"Why did you say 'again' before?" Jin questioned looking at the younger one,

"Because she fell asleep on a bench before and I had to carry her home. But that time she had her own coat," he answered looking at Jin, smiling at the nice memory,

"Well now she can keep you warm," He chuckled making Yoongi chuckle too, "You know Yoongi, you aren't usually like this around new people, especially girls. Do you know her by any chance?"

"To be honest I think I do, she reminds me of the girl I once told you about," he said while thinking back to what he had told the older male before, he also began to think about the times that Yerin had seemed so familiar to him,

"The mysterious girl that you caught listening to you play the piano when you were little?" Jin questioned to make sure that he was thinking of the right person,

"That's the one," He said smiling to himself.

"Didn't you see her dance back then too?" Jin questioned,

"Yes, she was the best in our year. We were in different classes though," he informed as Jin nodded,

"Do you think she remembers you?" he questioned after a couple seconds of silence,

"Hopefully," Yoongi responded in a quieter tone than before, "Well anyway, as a thank you for spotting this klutz, stay at mine. We can have some ramen,"

"Okay, deal. but don't call her a klutz. She may hear you in her dreams," he said the last part in an audible whisper,

"Okay sure," Yoongi responded laughing as they made their way down the street to his apartment.
