Ray's POV
"Time to go to school".
"Is Riley gonna be there".
"No".
"Then I'm not coming out".
I pulled the covers off of him.
"Kid it's been 4 days, you haven't taken a shower or brush your teeth and fix your hair".
"Well how would you feel if everyone that you care about, comes into your life, then leaves you".
"Don't you have other friends".
"I had a best friend when I was 5".
"Hang out with them".
"I can't, she moved to Texas".
He dived back into the covers.
"Do you have another best friend".
"Luke Ross".
I almost fainted.
"Luke Ross, son of Christina Ross".
"Yeah".
"How do you know him".
"Doesn't matter, he lives in New York".
"Then go make some new friends".
"I'm not good with people, remember when I met you for the first time".
Flashback
I was reading a book on the steps, when a little boy ran up to me.
"Hi little boy".
Before I could say anything else, he bit me. Hard. He ran back to his house smiling.
Flashback over
"You were only 5 and hungry".
"I would've bitten through your arm if you weren't indestructible".
"Henry".
"Yeah".
"Get up".
I pulled him up and pushed him out of the room.
"Now you are going to school, whether you like it or not"!
I pushed him out the door. Kids.
