"honey, don't worry he is still is jail" she says trying to calm me down.
"mom, still this is something you don't say through phone talk!"

"okay mom thanks for telling me" I sighed.
"I wish I was with you, but I am in Milwaukee and I can't go it's 5 something " she explains.
"I know mom, I understand"
"okay, honey work is calling me I love you, remember I am a call away if you need anything"

I feel nervous, I notice myself fast breathing and shaking. It's so weird, I feel like I just came of out the shower and I am cold.

I hung up and sit in the couch hugging my legs. Waiting for Justin seemed like hours.

Once that question comes out of his mouth the tears start to fall out my face.
"come here" he says pulling me in for a hug.

"my dad" I start to say.
"what about him?"
"he is coming out of jail this Tuesday and he can live where were he wants, apparently we can't control where he can live" I say choking on the last words.
"Ariana it's going be more okay"
"no it's not! He can stalk my mom or I, when we went to see him he told me he hated me, because I'm the reason why he is in jail"
"you guys moved miles away from where you used to live he can't find you here"
"I don't know Justin I feel like we will"
