Naomi's pov
I went to go talk to my mom. "Hey mom." I said as she was sitting in the kitchen talking to my dad. "Yes hun?" She asked as she turned to me. "Did you tell Paul he isn't good enough for me?" I asked dad slowly got up and backed away.
"Sit." I said pointing to the chair. He groaned and sat back down. "I might have.." she said "I know you're trying to protect me and all that but Paul wouldn't hurt me, and if he did it wouldn't be intentionally. I-i love him, and he loves me. Why can't you just accept that?" I asked sadly. Before I knew it she pulled me into a tight hug.
"You'll have to grow up eventually, I'll accept it just because I love you." She said kissing my head. "Still don't like him.." she mumbled. "I heard that." I said dad laughed. "Naomi, come here for a second." Jake said. I pulled away from my mom and ran to meet jake in the living room. "Paul's missing." Jake said.
I felt my heart stop and everything seemed to stop for a second. "Missing what? What do you mean missing?" I asked quickly as Jake saw me about to freak out he sat me down. "We can't find him." Was all he said before everything went black.
