He cooes.
"Oh, it's fine Christopher! I know how much you love basketball... Singing... Painting... Ha, even dancing and acting."
"Ye Yeah.. I just wish I could... I could do those. Things."
"You can, Christopher. And one day, you will."

"No doubt about it, baby."

He explains.

He throws his fist into the air, like of victory.
Watching him run down the half court and stopping at the free throw line, he turns around and stares at me in admiration.
I smile, and begin to laugh.

Someone throws him a ball, once he catches it, he looks back up at me and grins.
"FOR... FOR YOU KATE... LINN!"
He exclaims.
He runs towards the hoop, jumps while stretching his body out. His arm reaches for the net. Once the ball fell in, he gripped the rim and began swinging from it.
Once he let go and landed, his head immediately swung around to direction. His eyes wide with shock, he bounces up and down with a permanent grin on his face.
Pushing past all the players, he rushes towards me and engulfs me into a tight hug.
"It was all... For you."

Okay so.. Been a while since there was an author's note.
