<3~Water Balloons~<3 Part 3
“I need to piss,” my brother drly announces, glaring over at Key. He stabs his thumb in the direction of Key and asks, “Who’s this fruit?”
I chuckle a bit. Key being a “fruit”…now I can kind of see it. But I guess I’m the only one who finds it funny because both of them are too busy having a glare war with each other.
“Well, we’ll leave you to take care of your business,” I tell him, pushing Key past him.
I hurry both of us downstairs, as far away from my brother. I swear, I’m so screwed! MEH! TJ will definitely tell ma and dad, then I’ll get this huge lecture and blah…
“You’re brother is mean,” Key pouts, acting like my brother actually hurt his feelings.
I shake my head at him. “He’s always like that, but seriously! What was that?”
Key just continues pouting his lips, making it hard for me to be mad at him. “What? I just wanted my hug…”
Argh! He’s being too cute! I don’t know if I can continue an argument.
He opens his arms out to me. “Can I have a real hug?” he asks, adding big puppy eyes along with his pouted lips.
…this…is…so…WEIRD! Key and I have always been the arguing type, and now he’s pulling out puppy eyes and wanting hugs?! Something is not right.
“Seriously Key, are you okay?” He’s making me so paranoid! BAH!
“Fine, I’ll just go get some hugs from Kalyn since someone doesn’t want to give me any…” He’s acting like his childish self at least…but for the wrong reasons!
I give a really, I mean REALLY heavy sigh as I walk up closer to him. “You’re such a baby,” I mumble through my teeth.
I attempt to put my arms around his neck for a hug, but he ducks his head under my arms and just hoists me up onto his shoulder. I instantly feel the blood rush to my head.
“KEY!” I scream.
I can feel him chuckle beneath me. “Payback time.”
“What is going on?” I hear TJ’s voice.
Great! Brother to the rescue!
“Just playing around,” Key tells him.
“Whatever,” I hear TJ grumble as his footsteps grow distant.
“What!?” I yell. Unbelievable! He won’t even help me?!
“Awesome,” Key says as he starts taking me through the kitchen.
“Put me down! This is crazy!” I shout, pounding my fists into his lower back.
He just laughs at my attempt to escape by throwing a tantrum. Suddenly, he starts bobbing up and down, making my head follow. Is he hopping? Ugh, this boy is going to give me whip lash! But I look up and see that he’s actually walking down the deck staris. When did we get outside?
“Hey everyone,” Key says.
Everyone?
“What are you doing?” Kalyn’s voice rises.
“Man-handling…”
“Appa?” I start to call for Maddie, “AAAAPPPPPPPPAAAAAAA!”
“Appa?” Key asks.
“You let my child down now!” Maddie growls. Yes! Someone is finally going to help me!
“Child?” Key asks, becoming more confused by the second. See, Maddie is my “Appa” which is “daddy” in Korean. We like to make those fake family trees among our friends and I’m the little five-year-old son.
