Ding! Ding! Ding! The bell rung signalling lunch. I stood up and fist pumped the air.

"YES! LUNCH TIMEEE!" I screamed in victory.

I quickly put away my canvas and my supplies onto my shelf and grabbed my bag and rushed out the

doors. When I reached the lunch room, I quickly scanned the room to find a table to sit at. After finding an empty table, I sat down and took out my lunch. You know what sucks? Sitting all alone at lunch. People instantly know you're a loner. I could sit with Justin, but he's rather busy with the ladies. Psh, I don't need him.

"I like to eat, eat, eat, apples and banonos," I sang cheerfully.

I looked up and saw people around me looking at me like a was a crazy psycho. What? I'm not crazy! I really do like apples and bananas! I have them for lunch too! I don't know what these people are thinking of.

I was about to take a bite out of my apple when the guy that helped me find the office plopped down next to me.

"Hey," he said, smiling.

"Uh, hi?" I looked at him suspiciously.

He just continued sitting there staring and smiling at me. If he was trying to creep me out, he was succeeding.

"Can I help you with something?" I asked him.

"Yes, yes you can," he smiled brightly at me.

"Ok, Marni at your service. How may I help you?" I chirped.

"Be my girlfriend?"

I choked on my spit. I looked at him like he had two heads.

"Excuse me? Hahaha, I thought you were serious," I laughed.

"I'm not. I just need a fake girlfriend at the moment."

"Ah, I see. By the way, I don't know your name."

He smirked at me. "Still wanting to know my name, huh?"

"Well it wouldn't be fair if you knew mine and I didn't know yours."

"Hmm, I don't know. How do I know you're not crazy? I mean you kissed the ground and sang to yourself just now," his smirk grew wider.

"Fine," I pouted. "I won't be your fake girlyfriend."

"Alright," he stood up.

"No! Fine I'll be your fake girlfriend, but tell me your name. Wouldn't want the chick your hiding know we're fake."

"Adrian," he stuck his hand out.

"Now that wasn't too hard," I stared at his hand and raised a brow.

He stood there with his hand still stuck out waiting for me to shake it. I tooke a bite out of my apple and looked away. He drew his hand back and chuckled.

"You're an interesting girl," he laughed.

"Why, thank you," I smiled.

"Adrian!" I looked up and saw a guy with blonde hair running towards us.

"Hey, Jeremy," Adrian greeted him.

"Hey Adri," the blonde paused and looked at me curiously. "Who are you?"

"I'm Marni, who are you blondie?"

He laughed. "I like you," he smiled a perfect set of white teeth at me.

"Thanks, I am very likeable," I winked at him.

"I'm Jeremy," he stuck his hand out for me to shake.
