I looked down at my crystal. It was still glowing a bright color.

"Marni, I think you're suppose to use that on Adrian," Justin said.

I shot a glare at him.

"No shit Sherlock," I said.

He held his hands up.

"Woah, ok!"

I shook my head and looked back at the crystal, then at Adri. I took my crystal and placed it over his heart. My hands started to sweat. I know, disgusting, but I was getting nervous.

"Is it working?" Ren asked.

"I'm not sure," I mumbled.

The crystal grew a brighter crimson red color. My eyes grew with excitement.

"It's working!" I exclaimed.

"Yes!" Ren cheered.

Justin and Matt stood next to each other silently. Their eyes lit up as the crystal got brighter, but then they frowned.

"What's wrong?" I asked.

I turned away from them and looked at Adri. The crystal stopped glowing. I withdrew the crystal from his chest and looked at it. It looked like it had any other day. Just an ordinary rock. I looked at Adrian with hopes that he would be breathing, or even waking up. He wasn't moving. He was still. His chest wasn't rising like it should be.

"What happened?" Ren asked worriedly.

"I don't know," I shook my head.

I was on the verge of tears. I stood up quickly and looked at them frantically.

"It didn't work!" I screamed.

"Marns! Calm down," Matt said.

Ren ran over to my side and patted my back, trying to calm me down. I shook my head and stepped away from her.

"I need to find something to bring him back," I declared.

"The crystal didn't work," Justin pointed out.

"What else would bring him back?" Matt asked.

"There has to be something else!" Ren said.

I looked back and forth between them all. Something popped into my mind.

"What about my wand?" I said. "Maybe the crystal wasn't strong enough!"

They all nodded in agreement and rushed me to use my wand. I reached into my boot for my wand.

"What the?" I started.

"What's wrong?" Ren asked.

I took off my right boot. Then my left. I shook both of them out.

"Shit!" I yelled.

"What's the matter?" Justin asked.

Matt smacked the back of his head.

"She obviously lost her wand, idiot," Matt said.

"Ow," Justin groaned while rubbing the back of his head.

I stuffed my feet back into my boots and ran towards the door.

"Where are you going?" Justin called.

I heard another smack.

"OW!" Justin groaned.

"She's looking for her wand stupid!" Matt said.
