It's been so long since they've had an actual heart felt conversation, or even a really loving hug. Alicia was walking with Shane, when a group of freshmen girls passed by and giggled as they saw Shane. He was attractive, there was no denying that. So, he smirked at the girls causing them to blush and giggle some more. Shane's smirk fell as he saw Alicia who was watching with a blank face, not happy nor sad. She looked forward and they continued walking. As if nothing had happen, as if she didn't care. The silence was almost unbearable.
They went to bed thinking the same thing that night.
