Serena's POV

Uncle Jim ripped my headphones off of my head.
"We're here." He announced, and got out to grab the suitcase.
I looked at the time. It was already 10:30 pm. We were on an airplane for 5 hours and in the car for 2. I was so sick of cars right now. I got out of the car and followed Uncle Jim to Barbara's penthouse.
We finally reached the top floor and Uncle Jim knocked on the door. He didn't have a key?
"Jim?" A woman's voice asked.
"Yeah." He answered.
The door opened and revealed a very pretty woman. She wore comfy clothes, and her hair was naturally wavy and curly.
Jim kissed her. At least he had finally found love. Of course, I don't know if he had a love before her, since he never even tried to contact our family.
"Is this Serena?" She asked, looking at me.
"That's me." I said, with a weak smile.
"Hi! Come on in." Barbara said sweetly, and let us in.
"Your bedroom is upstairs to the left. If you need anything, let us know." Barbara explained.
"Thanks." I said, looking around.
The place was huge. Uncle Jim sure found a rich girl.
"If your hungry, there's food in the fridge, but be warned, it's all healthy food." Uncle Jim said with a smile.
I laughed while Barbara make a shocked look and shoved Uncle playfully.
"I'll take you to the store to pick out some food." Barbara reassured.
I laughed and thanked her.
"Well you better get to bed. It's almost 11." Uncle Jim said.
I nodded.
"Thank you both." I said hugging them.
"No problem." Uncle Jim said.
"Don't mention it sweetie." Barbara said.
I smiled and headed upstairs. My bedroom was amazing.
"Do you like it?" Barbara asked behind me.
"I love it! Thank you!" I said with a grin, and hugged her.
She laughed and smiled. Barbara walked away and I shut my door. Then I changed into pajamas and fell asleep.
