Dear Lydia,
I haven't seen you in five years! Time flies. You were my best friend for two years, from age four, when I moved to Newton, to age six, when I moved away.
I remember, my first Sunday at Meridian Baptist, when I walked into Opening, you made Haly switch seats with you so you could sit by me. You had never seen me before in my life, but you wanted to get to know me.
Of course, I know almost nothing about you now. What's your favorite color? What do you like or dislike about school? What's your favorite food?
I have never forgotten that.... when you sat next to me my first day. I know we don't talk very often, through emails, or whatever, but I'd like to. I would love more than anything to be able to come back and visit Newton, just so I could see everyone! I miss you all sooo much.
So even though we don't talk, I wish we could, and thank you so much for willing to be my friend, even though I was a stranger!
Love,
Kirsten

HumorThis is a letter-writing challenge I took. Each day for thirty days you have to write a letter to a new person and post as a chapter. I hope you enjoy reading my letters as much as I enjoyed writing them. :)
