I have another yummy recipe for your enjoyment!
And it is.....
CHOCOLATE CAKE! (Not just any old chocolate cake ;D)
Ingredients

3 beaten eggs
175g unsalted butter
175g caster sugar
150g self raising flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Oil
3tablespoons of cocoa powder.
For topping
_______
100g milk chocolate
200ml double cream
100g plain chocolate
Method

1. Grease the cake tins and line the bases. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in egg.
2. Preheat oven to 180.C Sieve the flour cocoa powder and baking powder into the bowl and fold them into the creamed mixture.
3. Divide the mixture between the two tins, bake for 20-25 mins or until firm.
4. Turn the cooked cakes out into a boiling rack. Break the plain and milk chocolate into a bowl and gently melt over a pan of boiling water
5. Remove bowl from the pan. Allow chocolate to cool slightly before stirring in the cream. Leave mixture to thicken for a few minutes.
6. Make sure cakes are completely cool before putting on the topping. Put one cake on serving plate and spread a quarter of topping on it.
7. Put other cake on top and spoon the rest of the topping. Spread it over the top and the sides until cake is evenly coated. Leave to set.
8. EAT! AND OF COURSE GIVE SOME TO ME XD
(When I made this It turned into a burnt biscuit LOL XD)
