Chapter 11*

*Cody's POV*

What does the fox say? -- ringing phone.

Me: Hello?

June: Cody, it's June.

Me: O? June? Ba't ka napatawag?

June: My eye can't stop bleeding.

Me: I'm coming...

Since wala pa rin naman si Mom sa bahay, umalis ulit ako at tumungo sa bahay ni June. Pinapasok ako at pinakatok na ako sa kwarto niya. "June, si Cody ito," sabi ko sabay katok. Nagbukas ang pinto. Totoo ngang nadugo pa ang eyes ni June. "Hmmm... not to feel good about your condition pero parang related ito sa nakuha kong clue..." sabi ko. Sumagot siya, "Alin?" Nilabas ko yung papel...

"Eyes bleeding... the devil arising... souls weeping... red light arising..." June read. Biglang may pumatak na dugo sa papel... The moment the drip of blood touched the paper, June dropped to his knees holding his head, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! he roared in agony.

Teka. Paano toh? Biglang... nakarinig pa ako ng isa pang sigaw... mala-halimaw. I looked out the window... there was this house which has red light coming from the sky. "What's next? What do I have to do?" I yelled.

Kinuha ko yung papel tapos may bago nang nakalagay, "The holder of the bleeding eyes must save the soul..." Ha?! Ano?! June must save the 2nd soul?! The bleeding stopped. The roars and rages have stopped. Nakarecover na si June sabay tanong, "So ano na? Ano nang kailangan gawin?" Sumagot ako in the most prompt way, "Kailangan mong i-save ang second soul..."

He breathed deeply then said, "Okay. No prob. Wait. Nasaan ang susi?" I raised my shoulders. Tinawag ko muna si Kelvin... The number you have dialled is not yet in service. Please try again later.

Sunod kong tinawagan si Katelyn, "Hello?" imik ni Katelyn. "Hi baby, ano, matanong ko lang... nasa iyo ba yung second key?" tanong ko. "Ah oo baby, bakit?" sagot niya. Tanong ko, "Pwede pateleport nung susi dito kina June. Something went up." Sumagot siya, "Ohsiya baby, it's already there, I love you :* -- Call ended."

The moment I put my phone in my pocket, may isang pares ng paa na nasa harap ng pares ng paa ko. Pagkatingala ko... "Waaah?! Katelyn?" nagulat ako. "Surprised?" sabi niya. "Ang sabi ko, yung susi lang," complaint ko. "So ayaw mo ako dito, ganun?" nagalit si Katelyn. Niyakap ko siya para mag-cooldown.

"June, you know what you have to do... I'll go home," I said. "Bye, cute!" sabi ni Katelyn. "Thanks for helping, Cody," nagpasalamat si June. Umalis na ako.

*June's POV*

"So..." I quietly said. "Now, now, just hold my hand and I'll accompany you to the school," sabi ni Katelyn. So she held my hand and in a matter of seconds, we made it to the front of the auditorium.

"So, do you need anything else?" sabi ni Katelyn. "Um, nothing," I said. "Wala na? Okay, I'll be home," sabi ni Katelyn sa akin habang naglalakad na siya paalis. "Wait..."
