~Majikku's POV~
I stopped dead in my tracks, looking at the trees once again. My eyes darted from left to right, scanning the trees for any sign of movement. After a moment, I sighed and shook my head.
Nothing. I thought. I must be going crazy... As if I wasn't already.
I closed my eyes, head tilted towards the ground, and continued walking. After a while, I bumped into somebody. I was knocked back a step, getting in a defensive position as my eyes flew open. For a moment, I saw an unfamiliar ninja, seemingly a rogue one. But the mirage was only there for a second, getting replaced by Sasuke.
I let out a huff, standing straight once again. "Sorry."
"Whatever." Sasuke muttered, taking a step to continue walking. I let out an 'ARGH' of frustration, and walked around the Uchiha. (They may be shipped together, but who said that it would be a perfect relationship at the start?)
I felt a strange breeze on my left cheek. I looked out to the forest by the path again, but yet again, there was nothing there. I let out an inaudible groan. There was nothing there!
Yet, fate always has hated me, so it appears that I was wrong. Out of nowhere, a group of around twenty bandits jumped out of the trees.
(This just got real!)
