Carson’s p.o.v

I take Mia’s hand under the table gently giving it a comforting squeeze. She’s so tense and nervous right now. I don’t see why she’s so afraid of being judged. I mean she wasn’t before. Madalynn said that Mia told Devan that she was terrified of being rejected by my family because she thinks if they do she wont be able to see me anymore. Well I know my family would never do that to me or her. I think they already sorta suspected it. Well there’s only one way to see what they think.

I take a deep breath before I stand up and look around the table. Mia stands up with me and I lock eyes with my Dad. The warmth in his eyes is very comforting so I finally open my mouth to tell them exactly what’s going on.

“Umm everybody we have something to tell you…” I say slowly

“What is it Carson?” my Dad asks

“I’m in love with Mia and we have been dating since we were 19. So I‘m pretty much saying we are gay.”

Mia’s p.o.v

“……we are gay.”

I feel my heart race as everyone keeps quite not saying a word. Oh god this is it they aren’t going to let me see Carson anymore.

“See I told you” Carson’s Dad says to her Mom

“I already knew about it Clay” she says back to him

“Wait you two knew??” I ask surprised

“Wasn’t to hard to figure out” Her Dad says

“And I saw you two making out so I figured you two were together” her Mom adds in

“You didn’t tell me that Ann” her Dad says

“Why didn’t you say anything to us?” Carson asks

“We wanted you two to come to us when you were ready” Her Mom says

“So you guys are ok with it?” I ask

“Of course we are. We’d never keep you love birds from each other” they say smiling

I finally decide to look over at the two people that have supported me in everything I’ve ever done, scared to death of what their expressions would be. Looking over I see them smiling. 

“Are you ok with it?”

“Hey as long as your happy baby doll we are too” Mom says

“I agree we just want you to be happy no matter what that is” Daddy says smiling 

“We’re fine with it too” Madalynn’s Dad says

Smiling I sit down taking a deep breath. Then Devan and Madalynn stand up.

“We’re dating too” Devan says

“We knew” Mom and Dad say in union 

“We did too” Madalynn’s Mom says

“Well aren’t you parents all soooo smart” Devan says sarcastically 

We all laugh and all the tension in my body is gone and I feel really happy. Carson looks over at me with an ‘I told you so’ look on her face

“Ya ya ya you were right” I say rolling my eyes

“As always” she says

Smiling she kisses my cheek and the rest of the night goes great. We went home that night and made sweet love.

“I love you” Carson says still breathless

“I love you too angel”

I just wanted to get this chapter up real quick for you all. Oh and do you all want me to write the sex scenes like i did in the last book? Well let me know what you thought. And if you have idea feel free to let me know and i just might use them.
