My headcanon that Iceland inherited Norway's ability of magic and to see trolls. He's super freaked out about it and chooses to ignore it in hopes that it will go away. But as he gets older, his magical ability gets more and more prominent and harder to control.
Extra headcanon that Norway just knows, and is waiting for Ice to talk to him. Although He's actually fine with waiting because he see's it as his own personal reenactment of Frozen and has secretly given Iceland the nickname Elsa.
