It was only a day after the meeting and already Selena was getting tired of waiting around for something to happen. For her, it was boring to see all of the other members just go about their new-zombie-apocalypse-normal lives as if the Governor and his men had just disappeared off the face of the Earth.

Just as Hershel went to count their supplies again, Selena decided that she'd had enough. Swiftly exiting the room, she headed for the main gate with her katana firmly wrapped over one shoulder. In her mind, she was not a hundred percent certain where she was going to go but she just knew that she couldn't spend another moment stuck inside of the cement walls of the prison or she would definitely go mad.

However, as she reached the gate, a hand grabbed her wrist. Due to Selena not expecting the sudden intrusion, she didn't hesitate to pull the weapon from her back and swing round in one swift moment to point it at the unknown guest.

"Damn it, Ali." Selena growled, placing her sword back in its place. "What do you want?"

"Are you going out?" Ali raised an eyebrow in curiosity, ignoring her friends question, as she dropped the grip she had on the other woman's wrist.

Selena just shrugged. "I can't take it in here anymore."

Ali shifted in place and spared a quick glance backwards. "I know what you mean."

A silence fell upon the pair at her words. However, Selena didn't let it last long. "Is there any other reason you stopped me? Or can I get going?"

"Can I come with you?"

Selena sighed as the blonde looked at her with hope. She would much rather go alone and enjoy the time by herself. Silence was something you never got within the prison due to the constant buzzing of activity and Selena would savour every single second she was out of the gates.

But, she also understood how boring it was to stay inside. Furthermore, she couldn't even begin to imagine what it was like to look after two children in these conditions. If she had no time to herself, Ali must get even less.

Reluctantly, she nodded her head. "Come on."

Ali suddenly broke into a smile as the excitement began to build within her. With that, the pair slipped through the exit, making sure to securely lock it behind them.

At the arrival of new prey, walkers began to shuffle towards them but Ali and Selena weaved in and out of them, not having to use their weapons once. Due to them being quicker and more agile, the women were able to slip into the trees and disappear from the grip of the undead.

However, they both knew that they couldn't become lazy. Even with agility and weapons, if a herd arrived or they ran into the Governor, they would easily be caught and soon meet a slow death.
