When I came back to the pack house, I quickly changed form, and went up to the house in human form. Simon came out the door and looked at me.
"Well how did it go, you got to talk to her?"
He asked, I couldn’t help but smile before I shook my head.
"No, I didn’t speak to her, but she met Mathieu."
Simon looked at me surprised.
“Did you tell her what you are? But I didn’t think she would talk to you, it can’t possibly have gone well. "
He said, and my smile lost a little of its sparkles before it came back.
"No, I didn’t tell what we are, I let Mathieu take over. And when she saw us, she accepted us quickly. For god sake, my mate is brave, encounters a giant wolf, and after a short time, it’s as if it’s her pet. But it was great that she just took in my wolf like that, as soon as I appeared to her in wolf form I regretted it, because I thought I had ruined it all.”
Simon still stared at me.
"You mean, you showed up in front of her as your wolf, and she didn’t realize that you were human, and yet she accepted Mathieu? - Does she know about our kind already? "
He asked, and I shook my head.
"No, I'm sure she had no idea that I could be a human, she was surprised at how human Mathieu behaved, but she treated him like he was a large dog"
Simon laughed at my last sentence.
"I'm sure Mathieu wasn’t happy about that."
I couldn’t help but laugh with him.
"No, he made it clear to her that he doesn’t like the dog title, but surprisingly he allowed it, if it was anyone else who had called him an overgrown dog, there had been trouble, but he allowed Clarina teasing him at that point."
Simon gave me a brotherly hug.
"I'm so happy for you, the first meeting between your wolf and your mate went well, it hopefully makes it a little easier."
He said, and my good mood vanished.
"Yes Clarina loves my wolf, but can’t stand the sight of me, it makes it a lot easier.
I said sarcastic. At that moment my father came out to us.
"What you stand out here talking about?"
He asked with his huge smile. It was Simon who replied.
"Mathieu has just met his mate for the first time and she accepted him."
My father looked surprised at me with a smile.
"Clarina accepted you?"
He asked. I shook my head.
"No, she accepted my giant wolf Mathieu, she didn’t know he was me."
I admitted, which make my father's eyebrows popup.
"Are you saying she accepted a giant wolf, without knowing that there was a human inside?"
He seemed pleased with my answer and laughed.
"It’s some of a mate you've got you. She must be a very resourceful woman, when she can accept a giant wolf near her. And to top that, she is an Alphas mate. You should be proud that it's her you've got as a mate, I'm sure she'll surprise us more as the time pass."
