Mitch POV

I wake up to the scent of Old Spice deodorant and coffee, the scent of Scott, and it reminds me of home. In a way, he is my home.

I nuzzle my head further into his chest and I feel him place his chin on my head, then he kisses it softly.

"Morning," he mumbles into my hair. I smile to myself and plant small kisses on his chest and he chuckles. He rubs the small of my back with the palm of his hand and pulls me in closer. I suck his soft skin, nibbling softly as he lets out a soft groan.

"Good morning it is," I respond in a low voice.

"Mmmmm," he whispers into my ear.

"So what're we doing today?"

"Well, I'd like to spend as much time with you here in bed as possible. But we're going home, to my house today and yours tomorrow. I literally can't wait to see Landon. We're going to take him ice skating on Christmas Eve." Landon is Scott's little nephew. I swear, he's the most adorable thing ever and if anything happened to him, Scott would never forgive himself.

"Yay! Am I going?"

"I was hoping. Only if you want."

"Sounds like a rather romantic evening out. We'll see." I give him a quick kiss and then nuzzle back into his chest, inhaling his sweet scent and thinking about how great this Christmas is going to be.

Scott POV

Beware! Beware...

I'm a little nervous about going to see the family because of that whole fortune telling machine in Tokyo. It said get home fast, and we did. But I also had that awful nightmare in Paris. Also me getting that uneasy sickness I had before. I'm not even sure about anything anymore. All I should be thinking about is how happy I am with Mitch, but I can't help but to feel anxious.

We arrive at my house a few blocks away, and Mitch and I are walking on the sidewalk, taking the same path we did as kids from school. I grasp his hand and swing it as we walk, earning a sweet laugh from my boyfriend.

"Can you believe it's been so long since we've walked down this sidewalk? God, it must've been 10 hundred years." I smirk at Mitch, and he finally gets the joke. He said that on one episode of Superfruit.

"You know what," he starts, smiling.

"What?"

"Shut up," he says, and I look at him, my free hand jokingly over my mouth in surprise.

"Madison!" I scold playfully.

"Stephanie!"

"I love you!"

"God you're a weirdo. Poor Connie and Rick. Good thing they had other kids."

"You're right."

"Catherine?"

"Yeah?"

"I love you too."
