But 'Just Friends' don't look at eachother like that.

It's January 2nd. Monday. I have to go back to school. I don't mind because I can see Jacob. I haven't seen him for the whole break.

I go the cafeteria and I see Jacob across the room with his friends. I smile. I haven't smiled this much since the last time I saw him.

I'm still looking and I see him look at me. A big smile spreads across his face. Suddenly, I feel a tap on my shoulder. It's Jocelyn.

"Hi."

"Be honest. Do you like Jacob?"

Yes, but I'm not gonna admit it.

"No! What the fuck! We are just friends!"

Jocelyn looks at me right in the eye.

"But 'just friends' don't look at each other like that."

I start to blush. What do I do? Luckily, the bell rings which means we get to go up to our lockers. Phew. If that bell didn't go off, I would be dead.

I get to my locker, where I barely have any space, like always. I look at Jacob.

"Move over!"

"I can't!"

I hit him so I can try to get to my locker. He grins at me.

"Stop hitting on me."

I look at him shocked. "What the fuck!"

He starts laughing. Wow. Just classic Jacob.

Today is a band lesson day. Just Me and Jacob go down to the band room since Kaitlyn is sick today. We race down to the band room and we set down our bags. We both walk on and our teacher reminds us that our next concert is only in one month! What?

Jacob and I go to our assigned instruments  for the different pieces we are playing. For the most part, we barely practiced like normal. Jacob is just to funny.

It's now after school. I get on the bus and of course, I start overthinking. I don't know how to stop it.
