A new Camper and surprises

After the whole I-Fell-In-Leo's-arms accident, Asha had forgiven me. Great news. Well, also, she told me that she and Leo were dating. I was so glad she didn't think I was the type of sister that would steal her sister's boyfriend. Woah.... Kinda confusing... Anyways, Chiron had us all gather into the Mess Hall to greet a new Demi-God. Yay... I was with Tobias since Asha was with Leo. I had explained everything that had happened the way there. I sat down at the Apollo Table while Tobias went and sat by himself at his own table. He liked to refer to it as  VIP table for People like him.

Asha sat beside me and we watched as Chiron and Mr. D came forth. "Well, it seems we have a new camper. His name is Dycoté Trapper... So, welcome him and blah blah..." Chiron stepped forward with a boy maybe 13, with blonde hair and blazing green eyes.  I Wondered if because of that, he was a son of Posiedon... I mean, the only person I've seen with eyes like that is Percy. "His name is Dakota Trapp, Mr. D, and untill he is claimed, he will be staying in the Hermes Cabin. I would like Percy and Astrid to show him around, please." Everyone yelled a greeting and departed from the tables. Tobias smiled at me and I rolled my eyes as I went to greet Dakota. He was kinda awkward...

Percy shook hands with Dakota first, "Hey, I'm Percy Jackson, son of Posiedon." He said. Next was my turn to introduce. I shook his hand firmly. "I'm Astrid Strider, Daughter of Apollo. Pleasure to meet you." Dakota smiled shyly. He seemed kinda nervous. "So, this is like a camp for the sons and daughters of Greek gods?" He asked. Percy and I nodded. "Come on, we'll start to show you around." Percy gestured to outside the Mess Hall.

After about an hour or two of showing Dakota around -and finding out he had a big interest in the Pegasi and the Archery Range- we all went and ate, gave our offerings, and then went to the campfire. Of course, I insisted that Asha sang the lead since she was so well. And because of that, she made me play my Cello.

We were like that, if I made her do something she made me do something. As well as the other way around. I smiled at I looked up and saw the signs of snow falling. Of course, it wasnt coming into camp. Maybe some other day...

I yawned quietly as I made my way back to the Apollo Cabin with Asha.  She was super happy and chirpy like she always was, unless she was flustered... I climbed into bed wondering, Who is Dakota's godly parent? When will the camp catch up and find out Asha and Leo are dating?  I snickered at that thought and fell asleep as soon as my eyes closed.

The next morning I nearly fainted on the spot. There was snow.... Everywhere...
