"Hello?" Danny answered, as he picked up the phone.
"I'm calling about your daughter, Skye Lorena?" The nurse replied.
"Yeah, is she OK?" Danny questioned.
"Yeah she's fine. I'm just informing you she's ready to collect and take home" The nurse told him.
"That's brilliant!" Danny grinned.
"She's ready to collect whenever you're ready" The nurse answered
Did you find out what was wrong with her?" Danny added.
"We did tests and they came back clear so we're all struggling to understand what happened" The nurse explained.
"Oh I see" Danny mumbled.
"What's she saying?" I mouthed.
"I'll tell you later" Danny mouthed back.
"OK" I mouthed back again.
"One of us will be there soon to collect Skye" Danny spoke to the nurse.
"OK then, well I'll let you get off then" The nurse responded.
"OK thank you bye" Danny added.
Danny hung up and turned to face me to tell me what they said about Skye.
"Skye's ready to collect from hospital and the tests came back clear so they can't understand what happened" Danny explained to me.
"Oh, are you going to get her or shall I go?" I asked him.
"I'll go, you stay here with these two if you like?" Danny offered.
"Yeah OK then, see you soon" I replied, giving him a kiss.
"Wister?" Isabella asked.
"Daddy's gone to get her from hospital" I explained.
"Mama" Imogen spoke to me.
"Hey you" I grinned.
"Me up" Imogen replied.
"Come on then" I answered, lifting her onto my knee.
Danny came back with Skye about an hour or so later and all she wanted to do was watch T.V but the twins kept pestering her.
"Ista?" Isabella asked.
"Wister" Imogen giggled.
"Will the pair of you just leave me alone? I've just come out of hospital and all I want to do is watch T.V!" Skye snapped.
"Girls, come on, we'll get you some food" Danny told them.
"You OK?" I asked her.
"Yeah, I'm fine. I know they don't mean to but I just want to relax for a bit" Skye answered.
"Your Dad's gone to get them some food anyway" I smiled.
"Can't you just give them some toys to play with or something?" Skye suggested.
"Yeah we can do. I'll let you watch this anyway yeah?" I replied.
"Yeah thanks Mum" She responded.
"It's alright" I laughed, closing the door behind me.
I went to join Danny and the twins in the kitchen and he was feeding them cheese and crackers.
"Is she OK?" Danny questioned me.
"Yeah she's fine. She just wants some time to herself" I explained.
"Skye moody" Imogen announced.
