The Future of The World

I wonder what the world will see
When my life is leaving me

55 years from now, how will they show
The history and teachings I used to know?

Will I be remembered for my kindness
Or for my wrath, be its own embrace?

I question the fate of the world in war
All it does is bring injury and harm, nothing more

Will there be only endings in this vast lie?
Will there be death and fire raining down from the sky?

The future of the world lies in our hands
Let's start the change now, in all of the lands

Victorious shall be the day
When our children are safe, and sadness gone astray

For tomorrow and the day after, does new change come
We will fight for the better, until our work on Earth is done
