It took a long time to drive all the way down to South Jersey just to pick up Jack, but we still have a very long way to drive if we want to get to California anytime soon. I was waiting for Andrea to get her phone and text Jack that we are 5 minutes away from his house. I never really met Jack in person, just this once I went to Digifest in 7th grade and I touched his shoulder! Oh my gosh! Best day of my life! Wait... i never really introduced myself did i? By the way... I'm Claire! We found Jack sitting on the front steps of his house as we arrived. We got out of the car and he walked up to me first.
"Hi Jack!!!!!" I said in an overly-excited voice.
"Heyyyy. Your Claire Right?" he whispered as he hugged me.
I giggled. "Yeah, that's me!"
We let go and Jack went to Andrea to give her a hug.
"Hey Jack! So nice to see you again! It feels like its been forever!!!!" Andrea said excited for the days ahead.
"Yeah! I know right! Its been too long. Promise me that we wont ever let this happen again?" Jack shouted as they hugged.
"I promise Jack!" Andrea said as she giggled and they let go.
I think I like Jack.... WAIT hold the phone... I like Jack?!!! no no no no no. It will never happen so why should I even get my hopes up? But you have to admit... he is REALLY hot!
"Stop that!" I said out loud. Jack turned around as if he was startled.
"Stop what?" he asked in the cutest way possible.
"Oh, um... I meant the bees! Yeah.. the bees! They were really bothering me.. sorry." I kind of really spoke fast because that's what I do when I don't tell the truth.. its a really bad habit I have...
"Oh yeah.. the bees around here get bad I don't like 'em." Jack said smiling at me.
Jack is only 20 and I'm 18... I hope I have a chance with him.... UGH I need to stop that!
"Should we continue the trip guys?" asked Andrea helping Jack put the last of his things in the trunk.
"Sure! Of course lets get this show on da rode!!!!" I shouted as Jack laughed in the most adorable way.
Jack giggled some more "Yeah... we better drive! I call being driver 'cause you guys drove all the way down here, so we will take turns."
We all got in the car and drove all the way from south jersey to Austine Texas to pick up JC Caylen. Thats where we will crash. It took 3 days of non stop driving. We each did an even of 12 hours of rotating cycles. It was hard but, we got there and hopefully we will stay there until the morning.
There was a sign on the door saying "Andrea.. backeth dooreth is openeth if you know what i mean.... eth"
"Andrea!!!!" I shouted.
"Yeah?" Andrea asked as she was reading the message "Nice code words JC" Everyone laughed as she said that.
We all walked in the back door but the house looked empty.
