Emma's pov-
I Finally arriving at a little ice cream parlor outside of town.
Its suppose to have the bestie ice cream ever, and i am i need of so rocky road.
Getting out of my car i grab my purse and wipe the tears that are still running.
"Hello miss, how can i help you?"
"umm... Yes, can i have 2 scoops of rocky road and 1 scoop of vanilla."
"Hey Emma you made it."
I turn around to see Graham smiling at me.
"Hey"i say hoarsely
"I got this." He hands the cashier a 20 dollar bill and awaits for his change
"Thanks."
"No problem."
I see him look at me and is analyzing my face. He leads me to a chair and gently sits me down and cups my face in his hands.
"whats a matter sweetheart."
He takes his thumb and wipes one of my years away.
I quickly pull away and wipe my eyes "nothing's wrong introduce me to your friends." I say trying to pull a smile

Killian's pov-
"Haley i had enough!"
I say slamming my fist down
She jumps a little when my fist made contact with the desk
"Well thank goodness shes gone."
"What!"
"She heard everything, if you meant it or not. I am not done with you Killian Jones.
With that she picks up her coat and walks out swaying her hips.
Once's she leaves i grab my keys and i lock my office.
I full out ran to my vehicle.
Driving to one place I know for sure she would be at.
On my drive there i am in deep thought when the song
'thats how you know(you messed up)
I groan and quickly turn it off.
I didn't mean a word i said to Haley but the last thing i need is to have people asking questions and cause a problem for me in jail and getting Emma expelled from school and probably couldn't get into another college.
I pull in a little ice cream parlor
Outside of town and i see her little yellow bug. I walk to the door but before I walk in i see Emma sitting in a booth with 3 boys and one of theirs arms are around her shoulder. Then I remember its this kid name Graham I am going to fail his Ass.
I put my head down in defeat and slowly walk back to my car and drive home.
