The world against the two of us (Levi Ackerman X OC)

Juliets Pov

We get the blankets in and set the beds up. We all then decide to sit on the floor and talk for a little while longer. I still have that note from Levi that I need to read. I hope it isn't urgent because it may be a while before I get the opportunity to read it.

"If things are ok, we should be able to go back tomorrow," Bertholdt says, his voice weary

"I wonder why someone would do it, y'know. I mean, I didn't know those people who were killed but from what ive heard, they had no connections to each other," Reiner adds

"Some people kill for fun. Its sick but it isn't rare," I comment, remembering all of the unbearable things I witnessed in the underground city.

People dirtying their hands with blood for no apparent reason. Slaughtering innocent people to have a laugh. Its worse when its kids that are victimised to this horror.

"I don't know, but we can be sure that the military police are enough to handle this, as much as I hate to admit it," Kyle mumbles and stretches out his arms

"You're right." Adrian says and yawns

"We should go to sleep," Sasha says and stands up

Everyone agrees and stands up

15 beds, all next to each other, and the question is... who lays next to who?

"I claim a bed next to my sister!" Adrian shouts and throws his arm around my shoulder

We end up going Christa, Ymir, Bertolt, Reiner, Armin, Mikasa, Eren, Kyle, Michael, Steph, Adrian, me, Jean, Connie and Sasha.

Me, next to Jean.

Lord, take me now.

I climb into bed and take the note out of my pocket under the covers.

'Juliet,

Take precautions, if someone comes to this base and tries anything, you will need to do something. You are the best at hand to hand combat after all.

I don't believe that anybody would be able to find us here. But I guess it's better to be prepared. Connie turns the lamps off and everyone turns to go to sleep. I close my eyes and soon drift off.

"Wake up brats!" I hear a cold voice shout, waking me up

"What is it sir?" Jean asks and yawns

"Its 11, I was called to wake all of you brats up. We're heading back to headquarters in a few hours, they haven't caught the killers yet but we have extra security on and the military police have a good idea on who they are," Levi says

"Is breakfast on sir?" Sasha asks

"In an hour," Levi says and clicks his tongue "Juliet, meet me on the roof in ten minutes, I want to talk to you in private. Go to the end of the corridor and theres a room with a silver door, go in there and you'll find some stairs," he finishes before leaving

"I wonder what he wants to talk to you about," Christa says with a yawn

I can kind of guess what he wants to talk about, but... the others cant  know about out past so I cant really say anything to them.

"Well, I am in his squad so there might be something he wants to discuss," I try to cover up

"But im in his squad too," Eren says and screws up his nose
