What started as nightmare was turned into reality. Since I was a little girl I have been having the same dream where I am running from something but I never know what it is and I never know how it ends. This time it wasn’t a nightmare. This was as real as it could get. I was in a deserted street running away from one of my dad’s helpers; a Demon.

Yeah, my dad’s the Devil and my mom is the head Fallen Angel, so I’m kind of in between. Since I can’t be with either of them (it’s too dangerous) I have to live in an orphanage full of people like me; half Fallen Angel, half Demon. We're pretty normal, and blend in easily. There's no freaky mutation or strange thing that separates us from other kids.

In my dream, I kept running and running to no use. He was catchin up. I was about to faint when I bumped into a little girl... At least I thought she was a little girl. By the looks of it, she seemed as if she were running away from something too.

“Ow!” she shouted. She was short, blonde, and had bluest eyes I had ever seen, almost unnatural. Although she talked like a little girl and she was short, I was sure she wasn’t a ten-year old; she was about sixteen. I felt like I had seen her somewhere before.

“Omigosh, I’m so, so, so sorry!” I apologized.

She scoffed. “Hello?! Running for my life here! Can you get out of the way now?!” I noticed a faint trail of blood running down her nose.

“You sure aren't the only one, sweetie.”

We were both on the floor. Suddenly, a white light blinded us. It was scary... Even though I felt safe bathed in it.

"OH MY GOD IT'S A TRUCK!" Blondie screamed, shielding her eyes. Give me a break.

“Mom? Is that you?” I wasn't quite sure because Fallen Angels can’t give direct help to their children. It was forbidden. I saw the girl crawling backwards slowly. This was definitely not my mom.

“Why are you here, Bryson? You’re not supposed to be here! This can't be happening!” she babbled. I sensed fear in her voice. Who the hell was Bryson? And why did she seem afraid of him?

I turned around. I couldn't see the person's face but because of the body structure, I assumed it was Bryson...

The next thing I know I was on the floor. And just like that the flashbacks started. It was like a slideshow. I saw the blurry image of two cars crashing; mine and Ashley's. Then, I saw myself in the office while Ashley lied about how I had purposely crashed her black Mercedes and Principle Harris believing her and kicking me out of school. Since she was his daughter she could get away with anything she wanted. I was making my way back to the orphanage now. Since I couldn't sleep at night, I headed out to the forest. Afterwards, the image of Blondie, Bryson, and me.
