Love # 45: Forgiveness

It's been a week since that confrontation with Vina. Hindi ko alam kung natakot s'ya sa sinabi ko or she's doing something behind my back. But I wanted to make sure kaya I asked Kevin to asked those "student" na nakita ko noon, who captured the guys, na bantayan s'ya.

So far naman, wala pa naman daw nangyayari sa kanya, making me sigh in relief.

Looking at my wrist watch, nakita ko na I still have 30 minutes more before it was time for the first subject.

I decided to walk to the way going to the field ng makasalubong ko si Ria.

"Hey Stacie." sabi n'ya sa akin and she gave me a smile.

"Hey." sabi ko at nilapitan ko s'ya.

"We still have enough time." sabi ko sa kanya. "Do you want to breathe some fresh air?" tanong ko.

She pursed her lips before nodding to me, we started to walk again.

Ng nasa may field na kami, we noticed people crowding into one place. Nagkatinginan kami ni Ria and she shrugged as a response to me.

Nagsimula kaming maglakad papunta sa mga tao at napatingin sila sa amin kaya agad silang nagbigay ng daan para sa amin para makita namin kung ano ang pinagkakaguluhan nila.

Ng makarating kami sa gitna, I saw Vina standing there, with Kevin. What is Kevin doing there?

"Anong meron?" tanong ni Ria sa isang babae na katabi n'ya..

"We really don't know. Kevin Del Olmo just suddenly pulled her out of the classroom and dragged her here." sabi n'ya..

Nagkatinginan kami ni Ria, why would Kevin do that?

"Ngayon lang?" I asked and the girl gave me a nod.

"What do you want Del Olmo? Still not over me? Akala ko ba si Stacie mahal mo?" Vina asked and smirked at him.

"I'm way over you Vina... And you're right, I love Stacie more than anyone else." napalunok tuloy ako sa sinabi n'ya, was he supposed to say that in public? But knowing Kevin, he's the type to tell the whole world how he feels.

"Then what do you want?" Vina asked.

Kevin smirked and pulled out a white envelope from his pocket and handed it over to Vina.

Vina's forehead formed a crease. Kinuha n'ya yung envelope at tsaka binuksan at pagkatapos ay binasa ang nakasulat doon.

Agad naman na nanlaki ang mata ni Vina as she read what was written there.

"WARRANT OF ARREST?! WHY ARE YOU ARRESTING ME?!" sigaw ni Vina at agad na nagbulungan ang mga tao.

Kahit ako ay nagulat sa sinabi ni Vina, what the hell is going on?

"You really want to know why?" tanong ni Kevin.

Sinamaan s'ya ni Vina ng tingin before Kevin gave her a smirk.

Maya-maya ay may lalaking lumapit hawak sa braso ang isang lalaki na naka-posas ang kamay.

Wait, he's one of the boys na bumugbog kay Mark the other day, the guys who kidnapped me as well. They were taken into the police's custody that day dahil kay Kevin.

"Hey, isn't that Kyle Rodriguez?" sabi ng isang babae na malapit sa amin.

"Bakit s'ya nakaposas?" another said.

"I heard he really likes Vina." sabi naman ng isa.

I sighed, Vina used his weakness.

"What's the meaning of this?" Vina said through her gritted teeth, pinipigilan n'yang magalit.
