Chapter 13

Laura's POV
So my dad came back but that's only because he has to be here while the workers still work on little things that I wanted to get done. Mark and Riker and flying to California today to get the plane while Me and Stormie are decorating the room today. Me and Rydel went through a bunch of pictures of us when we were younger and then some of him when he lived in Cali of him, his dad and the plane. I walked out of my house and over to the Lynches and I asked Rocky to keep Ross distracted these whole two days before his birthday but as soon and Stormie and I are done I will distract Ross. I knock on the door and Rydel answers the door.

Rydel: Hey Laur are you here for my mom

Laura: yes I am and it will only take us like 4 hours so just tell Ross that I'll be ready to hand out with him in 4 hours

Rydel: alright well the workers just came over luckily Ross was in his room... But um they said that they got the air conditioning and heating units in there now so you won't be cold when you go out there

Laura: perfect I thought that I was going to have to wear a lot of jackets

Rydel: yeah no worries

Stormie: *walks up to them* you ready Laura

Laura: yup... We'll be back in a few hours

Rydel: alright I'll tell Ross

Laura: good

Stormie: alright let's go

We walked out into the cold New York air and walk all the way over to the storage area. We walked inside and felt warm air touch our cheeks. I saw shelves and tool tables everywhere. There was also and oils tank in the corner. Me and Stormie started putting up a bunch of photos around the whole room. I got to one that was of Me and Ross when we were 6 hanging out at the park in the sandbox. That was an awesome day cause I remember that Ross and I promised to always stay friends even though we we're only six.

Stormie: oh I remember this picture... You two were the most inseparable pair that I have ever laid my eyes on... I don't know how you two could live without each other at night

Laura: *lightly chuckles* yeah.... Stormie can I ask you a question?

Stormie: sure... What is it

Laura: well what if one of these two friends started to develop feelings and then the other one did... Then they wanted to get together but one of them was afraid that it would ruin their amazing friendship... What would that friend do?

Stormie: well first if your saying you have a crush on my son.... Rydel already figured it out and told me... But if you two somehow ended up together I think it would be an outstanding pair because you two are so inseparable

Laura: really??

Stormie: listen... Ross was telling me about how he told you that it was fait that tore you parents apart and he said it was for a reason like they weren't meant for each other anymore

Laura: yeah I remember

Stormie: well maybe it's fait trying to bring you two closer and into something more than just friendship because I guarantee that if you ask any of us Lynches or your sister I'm sure they would say that it's just fait doing its job and it already seems like your a couple because of how much time you spend together

Laura: thanks Stormie that really helped

Stormie: well I'm glad it did

[3 Hours later]

Me and Stormie ran back into the house cause it started snowing... I think I lost my hat somewhere out there

Stormie: I'll make some hot coco... Can you ask everyone else if they want some

Laura: yeah

I walk up the stairs and stop at Delly's room and knock on the door. She opens it seconds later.

Rydel: Hey Laur what's up

Laura: your mom wants to know if you want hot coco

Rydel: yeah sure...

Laura: and Delly if you need any help with a guy you like talk to your mom she gives good advice.

Rydel: what?!?

Laura: gotta go

I quickly left her room and went to the next one that contained Rocky and Riker except Riker isn't here..... Anyway I knocked on the door and waited for Rocky to open it... There was still no answer so I decided to open the door anyway

Laura: Rocky Lynch do you want hot coco or not

Rocky: oh hey Laur and yeah

Laura: *mumbles* seriously is he def

I roll my eyes and walk out into the hallway again and over to Ross and Ryland's room

Laura: knock knock

Ross: come in

Laura: *walks in* hey your mom wanted to know if you want hot coco

Ryland: no thanks

Ross: I would love some... I'll come down with you

Laura: alright

We head down the stairs, I tell Stormie who wants some and now we're waiting for our hot coco

Ross: you wanna hang out tomorrow like just around our houses

Laura: sure why not sound like fun

Ross: awesome
