"What in the world were you thinking young man ?!" Mrs Dabney's voice boomed in the hall.

She stood right in front of us, both of her wrinkly hands were on her hips and her eyes were looking straight at Austin with disgust.

"This behavior will not be accepted in the school campus." She continued.

"But this isn't the school campus, ma'am." Austin muttered while looking straight into Mrs. Dabney's eyes. I looked at him in horror.

'DON'T SAY ANYTHING YOU IDIOT !' I was screaming mentally. Does he want to get himself in more trouble ?!

When I thought Mrs. Dabney couldn't get any angrier, she did. Her nostrils flared up.

"You-" She said while pointing a finger at Austin "will not utter a single word. Do you hear me ?!" She yelled.

I am freaking out. Austin looked at her like he was mentally killing her. I had my hands behind me and crossed my fingers, hoping that he'll just stand there in silence and listen to her, atleast until she leaves.

Mrs. Dabney shifted her eyes at me and her angry glare softened into a concerned stare.

"Ally, honey. Do you need me to report his behavior to your mother ?"

Mom ?!

"No ma'am." I said a nanosecond after she was done speaking. She frowned suspiciously.

"I'm sure he was just fooling around." I said and let out a nervous laugh.

"Alright but I hope that there's no more foolish behaviors from you, Austin." She said and before stomping out of the tennis court, she looked back at us one last time and added

"Both of you, freshen yourselves up and tell everyone to gather at the canteen in an hour."

With that, she left the tennis court which had been closed for everyone just so she could speak to us privately.

We left the court together and started to walk back into our dorms. It was just 10:30 a.m. and there is still a whole day left for us to hang around.

"You shouldn't have said anything to her. You could've gotten yourself into a whole lot of trouble." I said as we quietly walked back.

I was mad at him. Yes, for telling everyone our relationship status. Seriously, he shouldn't have done that.

"I don't really care. She was yelling at me for kissing you, I mean it's not like I was the first person on earth to ever kiss someone !" He said. Ok, not the best time to talk to him, especially when he's angry. Anyways he won't even understand what I'm trying to say with a heated brain.

I was lost in my own thoughts, wondering what would have happened if Mom had received a phone call from Mrs. Dabney and heard about the absolutely entertaining event that had happened today with her daughter. I was pulled out of my thoughts when a few students walked past us. I looked up at them and saw them flashing cheeky smiles at us. Since I didn't know them well, I simply gave them a tiny nod and a tiny smile. Wow, people have suddenly become so friendly. After getting like thousands of smiles, I realised that they're not being friendly or anything, it's something else.

It's getting weirder. As we walked together, a guy gave Austin a pat on the back and a few supermodel wannabes gave me a you're-damn-lucky look. Oh, so this is about the kiss. Great, now everyone in our grade knows about us. This is just awesome.

Someone pretended to cough when they saw us and a student even dared to push me when she walked past me. I tumbled back, fell on Austin so hard that we both crashed on the wall. Austin had his arms around my waist to make sure I was fine. I saw him smile shyly as howls erupted from the boys nearby.
