"It's too rude to say, but yes." Miles nods, putting his phone aside. "I know this guy, and you're not going to do any good with him.

"Yes, of course..." You mumble uncertainly, not taking your eyes off one point on the table. You suddenly get up from your seat, catching Miles's surprised look, but then just sit back down, shaking your head as if to say that everything is fine, although you both know perfectly that this isn't true.

The guy gently covers your palm with his, forcing you to look at him.

"There are so many wonderful people in your environment who would do a lot for you. You just need to take a closer look." A slight smile appears on Miles's face, "and maybe you'll see a guy you'll definitely feel good with..."
