The blue haired simian was dragged by their arm and thrown down to the dusty floor of wukong's abode,
Kito held their arm in a bit of pain as they sat up a bit
Ao Lie and Sha Wujing going to their side as kito held back some tears,
The child looked up at their father,
Seeing his scary expression as chills ran down their spine

Their blue fur frizzled and their tail hugging around their own leg for comfort, Ao Lie and Sha Wujing begged wukong to have mercy on the poor kid
Yet...The king's expression remained unchanged as The monk then walked up next to wukong

"Come, Brothers...
This isn't our place..."

The monk told before he turned away and walked out the abode, Ao Lie and Sha Wujing looking at each other in concern before slowly following their master out
Kito reaching out for them with tears falling down their face, not wanting them to leave as they twitched with anxiety

The large and heavy door shut behind wukong with a loud thud that echoed throughout the room, Silence spoke volume in this moment as it was just the legend and his child...

Kito hugged themselves as they still shivered a bit from anxiety, their 8 ears still narrowed back as they stayed sat on the floor

"...Papa-"

"What?"

Kito jolted from his scary tone and couldn't look at him, Keeping their eyes on the floor as their heart pounded against their chest
Their breathing wavered a bit as their eyes jittered from time to time
Tears spilt on the floor as they tried to remain calml

"I-
I'm sorry-"

"You're sorry?
YOU'RE. SORRY?!"

The king exclaimed in question which caused kito to flinch and close their eyes, Hot air escaping throufh the king's teeth as he exhaled
His eyes flared a dangerous crimson as he narrowed his sights at the frightened child before him

"What is your apology going to do, Huh?
The damage has been done, Your efforts...
For what? Just because you wanted ATTENTION?!
I mean, SERIOUSLY?!
WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH YOU?!
YOU DON'T LISTEN, YOU DON'T BEHAVE, EVEN WHEN I TRY MY DAMN HARDEST WITH YOU-- IT'S NEVER ENOUGH!"

The king ranted as he walked around the room, Kito remained still and quiet
Tugging at their own clothes as tears fell from their eyes

"I tried, and tried, and tried to get you to not be like me...
Yet here you are...Causing problems as if you haven't even SEEN the consequences..!"

He stopped for a moment, taking a deep breath and sighing

"And now look what you did..."

He then walked over to a mourning monkey holding her dead child, The king rubbing her back to soothe her before he side eyed towards kito

"Their lives were not yours to take..."

Those words echoed through kito's ears as their eyes widened, Their heart sank like a rock tossed into water
Tears flowing even more and yet...they remained silent

Wukong then picked up a golden crown, Making his way over to kito
Sitting on one behind them as they sat still, A flash of golden light traveled across the room before kito closed their eyes slowly

Emitting a loud scream as their head jerked up in pain, the shadows casted on the wall hiding the pain and torment they felt as their father chained them with heaven's will

Their mind and voice locked away as the key was lost within the bloody mess they made

Wukong stepping away from them as he looked over at some of his dead family, looking over his shoulder at kito

"Go, think about what you've done...
And remember the mercy... I have shown you this very day..."

The child slowly stood up, having a limp to their walk as they made their way out of flower fruit mountain
Ao Lie trying to go after the kid, But The monk raised his arm to stop him

Kito walked, and walked, and walked until they couldn't no more...
Falling in the middle of their path as their vision blurred

They were tired... so tired...
The figure ahead could barely be made out before they closed their eyes...

Maybe... This was all just a bad dream... just... maybe...
