God I love this song.

I twisted my hips, hearing the beat in my head, in my heart.

Everything around me was blurry, but it didn't matter. People were cheering, they were happy. Everyone was having a good time.

It's loud in here. Where's my drink?

Is that my phone buzzing?

Nah probably just my hand. Why is my hand buzzing?

Oh it is my phone.

I looked down, opening up my phone.

I could hardly read, but something about Ava and asking if i'm alright.

Who is this?

Me: Who's ghis ?

Owen Mitchell: Owen?

Me: Owwwn ?

Owen? Oh Owen, I know Owen.

Owen Mitchell: Yeah Owwwn. Are you drunk?

I giggled out loud, silly Owen.

Me: Um noy drunk! I'm dsncong
Me: Dancong 💃
Me: Dancin

Owen Mitchell: Dancing? Olivia where are you.

Me: I'm at da pool 🌊

Incoming call from: Owen Mitchell.

I groaned, stumbling out of the crowd of people and away from the glimmering pool.

Pretty. I'll go in later.

Can I swim?

I guess I'll see.

I couldn't see all that well but I think I managed my way into the house, sliding my thumb across the glowing screen to answer the phone as I found the nearest empty wall, leaning into it.

My head hurts. It feels heavy. The wall is cold, wall is nice.

"Hello?" Owen's voice was in my ear, too loud, too whiny, too upset.

"Hello?" I groaned. "You don't sound haps... hap... happy"

"You're drunk." Owen now sounded angry, making me frown.

I'm not drunk! Am I drunk?

"You most definitely are."

Oops, I didn't mean to say that out loud.

"Say that you're drunk out loud?"

Oops.

"Olivia where are you?" Owen was stern, he sounded funny.

"You sound funny. Where is your brother? Tell your brother to bring me another drink."

"Another-" Owen paused, the phone going silent. "Oh my god are you at Jared's house?"

"Jared's silly." I smiled, shutting my eyes. "He has big muscles." I giggled, my voice sounding different to my own ears.

"Olivia don't... do anything with Jared's muscles." Owen instructed. "I'm coming and then you're going home."

"I'm going swimming actually." I informed him, opening my eyes to look outside at Jared's backyard. I couldn't remember where Carter had gone but four guys were looking back at me from the pool. "I hope the water doesn't stain my dress."

Owen sighed. "What color is your dress?"

"White." I giggled and hung up with grumpy Owen, making my way out back. I skipped towards the pool, the music still blaring.
