I felt love once, the kind of love that made my heart hurt and my head spin like a merry go round,
But the person I loved would not love me back, they knew how much I loved them and used it against me like enemies on a battle ground,
They hurt me till there was no more love left, till I fell out of all the love I felt for them,
And I'm still waiting, waiting for an apology that I know might never come because they never cared enough to love in the first place.
